I got to thinking about this the other day...

So, who won?

I mean for the 18 months or so after Septmber 11th, you would often here, “If we don’t (or can’t what have you) [FILL IN THE BLANK HERE], THE TERRORISTS WILL HAVE WON!”

I don’t know, did we win? Did they? I’m not getting that real big sense of change, any of you getting it maybe?
